Meditation Pro-Social Event, YPR-Arapahoe County, CO

YPR chapters regularly host fun pro-social events that are open to everyone in the community, but specifically people in recovery and their allies as one of our core activities. 
Recovery comes in all forms! Meditate, do yoga, sit still, or move! It’s up to you. We use Reiki sounds to heal ourselves and normalize the self help concept.
