“Emotional Support Hike” Pro-Social Activity, YPR-Inland Empire, CA

YPR chapters regularly host fun pro-social events that are open to everyone in the community, but specifically people in recovery and their allies as one of our core activities. 

Join us on a morning hike in Rubidoux Park in Riverside County. We wil be joined by three-certified emotional support dogs. We will start the meeting with a 5-min meditation and a gratitude list. We will hike together as one to breath fresh air, ground ourselves.
