Located at 415 Broadway in Paducah, next to Four Rivers Behavioral Health in downtown, Turning Point is part of Four Rivers Behavioral Health’s comprehensive substance use disorder treatment services. Established to provide easy access for those in recovery, especially those new to living a sober life, the center focuses on life-long recovery support. Staff, who have personal experience with substance use disorders, engage the recovery community and area professionals through speaking engagements, community meetings, and learning events, offering peer support from a “been there, done that” perspective.

Four Rivers Behavioral Health is a private, not-for-profit agency offering comprehensive, integrated mental health, substance abuse, and developmental disability services across Ballard, Calloway, Carlisle, Fulton, Graves, Hickman, Livingston, Marshall, and McCracken counties.
