Chapter Life
Welcome to Young People in Recovery (YPR), Arapahoe County Chapter
Welcome to YPR-Arapahoe County, where individuals of all ages, recovery pathways, and walks of life are welcomed and celebrated! At the Arapahoe County Chapter, we believe in creating a supportive and inclusive environment for anyone in or seeking recovery, as well as allies of the recovery community.
At YPR, we envision a world where all people have the resources they need to thrive in recovery from addiction to drugs and alcohol. All of our recovery support services are offered free of charge to ensure everyone has access to the tools they need for lasting recovery.
Our chapter hosts All Recovery Meetings, providing a safe space for people from all recovery pathways to find support and connection. These meetings are open to everyone and foster a sense of community for those navigating their recovery journey.
In addition to our meetings, we offer a variety of pro-social events and life skills workshops that encourage personal growth and community involvement. Whether in person or virtual, our events are designed to foster connection and empower individuals to build fulfilling lives in recovery.
We are also committed to harm reduction education, providing training on how to identify and respond to overdoses. We offer free access to Narcan, fentanyl testing strips, and supplies for individuals experiencing homelessness as part of our efforts to support community safety and well-being.
At YPR Arapahoe County, we believe in empowering individuals and creating a supportive space for everyone in the recovery community. Join us and become part of a network that is dedicated to helping people thrive in recovery.
